Please make sure your baking is delivered to the field between 11am and Noon on Gala Day.
Older villagers can be picked up by car to be taken to the Hall or to the field on Gala Day.
Gala Day 11th June 2011
Gala Day proceeding have been brought forward 1 hour as a wedding is taking place in the village later on in the day. We would like to wish Kelly and Chris every happiness in their future lives together.

Gala Week and the Big Day
The crowning of the Gala Queen will take place in the Village Hall at 12.30am which will also be the venue for presentation of the Fancy Dress prizes. There will then be the Queen's procession  up to the sun-drenched playing field, where there weill be a number of attractions and a sit doon.

The events which have taken place this year to raise funds for Gala Day included a Ceilidh, Duck Race and New Style Pub Quizzes.
Thank you to everyone who has also helped with organising supplying and advising this year's Gala.
The Gala Committee hope you have a wonderful Gala Day and welcome any feedback you may have on the event.
Help Still Wanted
 A number of tasks, skills and props are needed before, and on, Gala Day. Please let us know if you can help with any of these:
